Before and After School Clubs and Activities
This year, we are changing the way we administer extra-curricular clubs. Historically, school has subsidised these clubs. Unfortunately, due to the continued challenges around school funding, we have taken the decision to charge for all school clubs, even those which are run by volunteers (running/cycling club).
The clubs will be in half termly blocks and places will be limited. To secure a place in a club, parents must make the payment via ParentPay. Parents will only be able to make a payment if a place is available. If your payment has been accepted, a place has been secured. As part of the payment process (in ParentPay), you will be required to add if your child is being collected or can walk home. This must be done in the notes section, in order to complete your payment. Please note - refunds will not be given for non-attendance.
Note – there is no form on ParentMail, it is all via ParentPay.
Pupils can attend school in their PE uniform if they are attending a club and bring a change of footwear, if required.
Our clubs run on a half-termly basis and places for each club are limited.
We kindly ask that you speak with your child before booking a place, to make sure they are genuinely interested and able to attend each session. Unfortunately, we do sometimes see spaces taken but not used, which means other children may miss out.

In addition to this, we also host Wilder Wood, an external provider. Their sessions are paid‑for activities and are managed directly by the Wilder Wood team.
The following clubs will run this half-term (Autumn 1). Starting week commencing 14 September until the end of week23 October.
- Monday (before school) - Cross Country – Open Year 3 to Year 6. From 8am to 8:45am. 14th September to 19th October 2026. Pupils should be brought through the main gate to the Hall doors. Cost £12 (£2 per session).
- Tuesday (after school) - Multi Sports (Fisical) – Year 1 & 2. From 3:20pm to 4:30pm. 15th September to 20th October 2026. Cost £24 (£4 per session). Pupils will be taken to the club at the end of the school day by the club leader. Pupils can be collected from the South playground, Barnaby Road gate.
- Wednesday (after school) - Football (Fisical) – Year 3 & 4. Each from 3:20pm to 4:30pm. 16th September to 21st October 2026. Cost £24 (£4 per session). Pupils will be taken to the club at the end of the school day by the club leader. Pupils can be collected from the South playground, Barnaby Road gate.
- Thursday (before school) - Multi Sports (Fisical) – Year 1 & 2. From 8am to 8:45am. 17th September to 22nd October 2026. Pupils should be brought through the main gate to the Hall doors. Cost £18 (£3 per session).
- Thursday (after school) - Netball and Basketball (Fisical) – Year 5 & 6. From 3:20pm to 4:30pm. 17th September to 22nd October 2026. Cost £24 (£4 per session). Pupils will be taken to the club at the of the school day by the club leader. Pupils can be collected from the South playground, Barnaby Road gate.
- Thursday (after school) - Football (Wilder Woods) - From 3.15 to 4.45pm - 8 weeks (3 September to 22 October 2026)
- Friday (after school) - (Fisical) – Year 5 & 6. From 3:20pm to 4:30pm. 18th September to 23rd October 2026. Cost £24 (£4 per session). Pupils will be taken to the club at the end of the school day by the club leader. Pupils can be collected from the South playground, Barnaby Road gate.
The school works in partnership with the following external providers. For these clubs, information and booking details will be shared via ParentMail and booking will be direct with the provider.
